yes it should so long as the vid and pid are in the inf file. (they are for me) But if you do not use a 360 controller i suggest that you use the original xbcd 1.07 -------------------- Complete install of XBCD Drivers

I noticed that the Guide button on the 360 controller is being detected in the Raw Data section of the XBCD Setup, 4th set of numbers from the left, which also show the LB and RB buttons.
LB=01 RB=02 Guide Button=04 What are the chances of getting an option to assign a button number to the guide button and make it usable?? Thanx |

For the Joytech Neo Se 360 controller,
USB\Vid_0738&Pid_beef&Rev_0330 I added mine to the .inf but some others may have the problem I had and lack of knowhow to find + add. Any who, am I the only person with the Force Feedback problem with FinalFantasyXI? Perhaps other games as well, though it works perfectly in the XBCD setup utility's vibration test. I haven't checked to see if it's -just- the configuration utility that has the problem, but usually it's not alone (I've been going between a good many controllers to find something decent since my Nyko Xbox controller fried). I also tried a clean uninstall, re-install in the order specified (And many others). Everything else is fine- Minus the awkward randomness under the XBox tab, but in Windows it's working perfectly and that's the point, yeah? |

Does anyone know where I could get a XBCD360 driver for Vista 32 bit? The link that Teal has in signature is where I normally go to get it but the download links on the page no longer work for some reason so I need to find a new place for download.
Thanks, Brandi PS~ I play with Xbox 360 Wired controller with the XBCD driver for Vista on FFXI and I've never had a ForceFeedback problem yet. -------------------- ![]() |

They're around... I had to do some searching, too, but I promise you can find them using Google or Ask.com or your preferred but more generalized search engine

Never mind I decided to do a thorough search on my laptop (which I used to play on) and managed to find the original download of the exe file. So I no longer need any help finding one, thank you though for the search suggestion.

Also MeeBond I was setting up my controller just now on FFXI and if you go into Final Fantasy XI Config from the Final Fantasy XI file located on you computer you should be able to go into Gamepad Settings in the General Tab and up in the right hand box there is the Gamepad Options. You can just unclick the "Enable Force Feedback" box and that should turn that off. If it's causing a problem. If it doesn't fix it I'm not sure what else you can do.
